Shipping Costs will be calculated with your zip code. We package in hat boxes. Due to Supply and Demand, we have an extensive waitlist for certain sizes and styles. Each piece is a hand-sculpted work of art, to ensure the highest quality product we request your patience.

Returns & refunds
Due to Supply and Demand, we have an extensive waitlist for certain sizes and styles. Each piece is a hand-sculpted work of art, to ensure the highest quality product we request your patience. We will happily make adjustments to the hat, but we cannot take it back due to the originality of each one. Marks, burns, holes, and unexpected grunge are all part of the look.All orders are final and non-refundable. Depending on the size and specifics of your order the creation process can take a while. Please contact us directly with any questions.
If there is a problem with an order we will do everything possible to make you happy but we do not offer refunds.
