STEPS: Get lucky by scoring an old vintage hat. Steam Hat Body. Re-stretch and Measure over hat block. Dry. Iron Hat. Sand Down. Burn off excess felt. Create Sweatband. Add lining. Trim Brim. Modify the brow. Crown the Hat. Paint (recycled) and distress for “aged” Hat. Add unique Burn holes. Add decorative to outside band. Roll a Smoke. Light up. Ready to Rock.
